Our pool and deck areas are open 24/7, giving you the freedom to enjoy them whenever you’d like. Whether you prefer a quiet morning swim or relaxing under the stars, these spaces are yours to enjoy at your own pace.

Yes, parking is available for our residents, with both covered carports and open spaces to suit your needs. We aim to make coming home easy and convenient, so you can focus on what truly matters feeling at home.

All units have washer and dryer We truly care about making your experience here as comfortable as possible.

Yes, our community is pet-friendly. We welcome both cats and dogs and encourage residents to enjoy our shared outdoor spaces responsibly.

Yes, there is a $350 deposit and a $35 per month per pet.

We don’t currently have a dedicated pet park on-site, but our community is very pet-friendly!

Not at all! Taking a tour is completely free. We’d love to show you around, answer your questions, and help you get a real feel for what it’s like to live here. You can schedule your visit anytime that works best for you, we’re excited to welcome you.

We encourage scheduling an appointment so we can give you the best possible tour experience, but walk-ins are always welcome! Our team will be happy to assist you whenever you stop by.

Our property manager is always accessible and ready to help! You can easily reach them by phone, email, or text, whichever is most convenient for you. We believe in open communication and want every resident to feel supported whenever they need assistance.

You can apply online through our website, it’s fast, simple, and secure!

Most applications are approved within 72 hours. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way!

You’ll pay standard move-in fees such as your deposit and first month’s rent. We’ll review all details with you before signing.

You can pay rent online, by mail, or through WIPS. Whichever is most convenient for you 

You can pay rent online through RentCafe. It’s fast, secure, and easy to use!

Yes. Parking is $35 per month, and utilities are billed separately based on usage.

Yes. Renter’s insurance is required, and we can help you enroll if needed.

Utilities are not included, residents pay for their own services.

You’ll set up utilities with SoCal Edison (electricity) and SoCal Gas (gas). Call or visit their websites to start service before moving in.

Internet and cable services are available through Spectrum. 

Yes. You and your friend can each earn a $500 referral bonus when the lease is completed!

Guests are required to be acompanied with residents when they use amenities 

No. We don’t offer discounts for longer leases or advance rent payments.

No. Subletting is not permitted in our community.

Breaking a lease requires a fee equal to two months’ rent. Please contact the office for details.

If you ever find yourself locked out, please contact the property manager during business hours, and we’ll assist you right away. After hours, a locksmith may be needed, but we’ll still guide you on the best next steps. We understand these things happen and are always here to help you get back home safely.

Maintenance

Before you move in, we make sure your new home is in perfect condition. Each apartment is carefully renovated, professionally cleaned, and inspected from top to bottom. We want you to feel at ease knowing that everything, from the flooring to the fixtures meets our high standards of quality and comfort.

Yes, we have a dedicated maintenance team. They’re available to handle any requests promptly. 

If something in your apartment needs fixing, simply submit a maintenance request. Your comfort and peace of mind are important to us.

Our maintenance team works closely with the property manager to ensure every issue is handled with care and professionalism. Your home’s upkeep is our priority.

We love when residents make their apartments feel like home. You’re welcome to decorate your space as you like, as long as everything can be returned to its original condition at move-out.
